     Attorney William J. Amann of AMANN BURNETT, PLLC, has passed the American Board of Certification’s (ABC) Business Bankruptcy Examination.   Certified specialists in business bankruptcy law focus on representing businesses and commercial entities in financial distress, including cases involving Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 filings.   With over Twenty-Six (26) years of federal court litigation experience, including complex Bankruptcy cases in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Rhode Island, Bill brings a wealth of academic prowess and hands-on, practical experience and skill sets.   From relatively simple chapter 7’s, to compelling Seven (7) healthcare companies in Massachusetts into Involuntary cases to all kinds of Contested Matters and Adversary Proceedings, Attorney Amann and his team know what to do and how to move expeditiously in any legal or business predicament.  

     Attorney Josh Burnett will be sitting for the Consumer Bankruptcy Exam later this year or in Q1 of 2027.  ABC certification ensures that attorneys have advanced knowledge and expertise with complex business bankruptcy proceedings, restructuring strategies, creditor negotiations, asset liquidation and other related legal matters.  Amann is expected to become officially certified soon.
